"Convenient and safe"
Trikon's online payment options allow you to pay for your services using your credit / debit card. For recurring payments, we even have an auto-debit system in which whenever your account needs replenishment, the system will automatically debit your card. Of course, you have the option to change the amount charged at a time as well as to temporarily or permanently stop payments.
Who processes your payments?
The Royal Bank of Scotland's Worldpay service takes your credit / debit card details and pays us. It does not reveal the card details to us.
Will employees of Trikon have access to my card details?
No. When you try to pay by credit card, our site automatically sends you to the site of the Royal Bank of Scotland which accepts your credit / debit card details. It never reveals your card details to anyone, including us.
Why does your site say that the card will not be charged immediately?
When you try to pay the initial charges to set up your account, our site only checks that your card is valid, but does not charge your card. We charge your card only when we are sure of being able to service you. Our system may do the same for recurring payments too for large amounts.
How do we enable this auto-debit system?
Auto-debit of your card can only be enabled after your account is set-up. Thus it cannot be done while making the initial payments. You must log on to your account and expressly enable auto-debit yourself.
How can Trikon debit our account in the future without the card details?
When you first enable the auto-debit system, your card details are stored at the secure database of the Royal Bank of Scotland. When we have next to charge your account, we just ask them to use the same card details as before.
What if I want to stop such payments in the future?
Your on line account gives you the option to temporarily or permanently stop payments, or to change the amount charged at a time.
What currencies can I pay by?
US Dollar, Indian Rupee, Pounds Sterling, Euro and Australian Dollar.
Is it safe?
Very. This Worldpay service of the Royal Bank of Scotland is used by The Economist, Sage, Sony Music etc., and is considered one of the safest on line payment systems.
Are there any charges to use the service?
No, the entire amount charged to your card is credited to your account with us and no additional charges apply.
Can this money be refunded to me?
Yes, money paid using this system is refundable just as with cheques or cash. Conditions normal to your package apply to such refunds.
In your auto-debit system what happens if my card expires or changes?
You need to log into your account to cancel the payments, which will allow you to enable it again with new card details.
