Trikon provides inbound DIDs from 50 countries and toll free numbers from 6. Choose between a per minute cost or a per channel cost. We also provide IVRs, Fax2email, hunting and voicemail services for your DIDs.

International DIDs

  • Inbound DIDs from 50 countries, See list
  • Rent for numbers starts at Rs189/month. See list
  • Per minute call charges are same as outgoing call charges in your plan
  • E.g. If you call USA for Rs0.49/min, cost of incoming call on a US DID is same
  • Per channel rent is Rs750/month for any DID, unlimited incoming calls
  • You can choose per channel or per minute charges
  • Monthly cost = Rent + per channel rent OR + per minute cost
  • Setup cost is equal to monthly rent
  • Per minute DIDs have default 10 shared channels
  • g729 or G711 codec for delivery
  • Online real time console for CDRs, payments and preferences
  • Payments by Bank transfer, cheque or credit card
  • Choice of IP authentication or username / password

Toll free numbers - US @99p/min

  • Toll free DIDs from 6 countries, See list

  • No per channel option for toll free DIDs

Fax2Email and IVR

  • Any DID except toll free can be terminated in Fax2Email or IVR.
  • Per channel charges are Rs1250/month for any DID, unlimited incoming calls
  • No per minute option for Fax2Email and IVRs
  • No setup cost for Fax2Email
  • Setup cost for IVR depends on complexity of IVR, send us your RFP

Hunting and Voicemail - Free

  • All DIDs including toll free can be made to hunt or be delivered to voicemail
  • Hunting refers to trying multiple SIP devices or dialers on busy or no answer
  • DIDs can also be sent to voicemail before or after the hunting process
  • Voicemail can be delivered to you by email
  • No additional charge for these services
